First, put the ingredients for the dough in a bowl, knead them together quickly and set aside.
Then mix the margarine, sugar, vanilla sugar, pudding powder and 3 eggs in a bowl for the filling. Then mix in the quark and sour cream. Beat the sweet cream until stiff and fold in.
Preheat the oven to 190 °CO/U.
Now lay out the kneading dough in a greased 26 or 28 springform pan, pulling it up about 2 – 3 cm around the edge.
Finally, pour the filling into the mold, smooth it out and bake for 1 hour. Enjoy !
