Quesadilla steak

ingredients:

°1 lb (453 g) beef flank steak, thinly sliced
°1 onion finely chopped
°seasoned salt (divided)
°1 c. Montreal Spice Steak
°1 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
°16 slices of provolone cheese
°4 vegetable oil tortillas

*How to make

Sprinkle beef with 1 tablespoon seasoned salt, steak seasoning and 1/2 cup cayenne pepper. Heat a little oil in a saucepan and heat it over medium high heat. Cook the steaks. Remove from the fire. Add a little oil, then add onions and peppers. Add the remaining salt and hot pepper. Vegetables are fried until tender, stirring constantly. Assemble the quesadilla: Spray a skillet with oil and heat over medium heat. Roll out the tortilla and add 4 slices of cheese. Add the meat on one side and the vegetables on the other.
