Cleaning persistent stains
- Mix 1 cup of water, ½ cup of vinegar and 2 tbsp of baking soda in the pan (or saucepan). Place it on medium heat and bring to a boil. Let it boil for 5 to 10 minutes, no more.
- Remove the pan from the heat. Empty it and let it cool. Rinse and let dry.
- Lightly oil the pan by passing a paper towel over it with a few drops of oil. This will protect it until the next use.
Don’t forget daily maintenance
- Do not use any metal utensils. Instead, use wooden, special plastic or Teflon utensils so as not to scratch the adhesive coating.
- Clean the pan with a sponge and dishwashing liquid. Avoid scouring powders and abrasive pads which can scratch the coating.
- Do not overheat the pan, especially when it is empty.
