1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
2. In a large bowl beat together the butter , sugar , egg ,vanilla extract and vegetable oil .
3. Then add the dry ingredients (flour, cocoa powder, dedicated coconut,baking powder and pinch of salt . Mix until well combined .
4. Roll the dough and wrap it in a cling wrap and let it chill in the fridge for at least 45 minutes.
5. On a slightly floured surface roll the dough into your desired thickness.
6. Using a round cookie cutter cut the dough and bake for 10 to 12 minutes on 180 degrees.
7. After cooling, melt some chocolate and sandwich the biscuits together.
PS : I used melted dark chocolate, so use any chocolate you prefer 😉
