Here's a recipe for Bavarian strawberry cream:
Ingredients:
– 500 g strawberries
– 250 ml fresh whipped cream
– 150 ml milk
– 60 g sugar
– 2 egg yolks
– 3 gelatin leaves
Preparation:
Place the egg yolks and sugar in a bowl and whisk for a few minutes with an electric mixer, add the milk and mix.
Put the mixture in a saucepan on the stove and cook over very low heat, stirring constantly, until it begins to thicken.
Turn off the heat and transfer to a bowl lined with cling film.
