This cake always reminds me of a warm, cozy home and carefree childhood moments.

FOR TESTING:

200 g butter (cold)
200 g sour
cream 400 g flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
150 grams sugar, but I didn't add
it FOR THE CREAM:

600 grams sour cream with 25% or more fat
200 grams caster
sugar 1/2 sachet vanillin
