  • Then prepare the cream as described above. There is another way to make cream. I also prepared it.. Take 30% cream 250 g, beat at high speed, then add the sour cream about 300 g and the caster sugar – mix.
  • Assembling our cake We put our "logs" on a platter, first 5 pieces, apply cream on top, then 4 creams on top and so on 3,2,1. Garnish with chocolate chips and place in the fridge for dipping. Minimum for 5 hours.
