Cottage cheese and chocolate pudding

2. Boil 450ml of milk in a saucepan, remove from heat, then stir in the mixed pudding powder.
3. Bring to a boil again, stirring, then simmer over low heat for about 1 minute.
4. Let the pudding mixture cool.
5. Combine cottage cheese and sugar in a large bowl.
6. Whisk 300ml of whipped cream until stiff, then gently fold it into the cottage cheese mixture.
7. If the cream is too thick, gradually add a little milk until you reach your desired consistency.
