Homemade broth:

Ingredients:
– 1 potato
– 1/2 cup fresh
peas – 1 tomato
– 1 carrot
– 1 zucchini
– 1 celery stalk
– 3 tablespoons chopped parsley
– 1/2 onion
– 110 g salt
– 1 tablespoon olive oil
Preparation:
1. Start by peeling and finely dicing your ingredients.
2. Then place everything in a large frying pan, without adding the salt.
3. Pour in a tablespoon of olive oil and cook over medium heat for about ten minutes. Don't forget to stir regularly.
