4.Then add the salt, and continue cooking for about 15 minutes. (Note that the amount of salt can be adapted to your desires, generally, you need a third of salt in relation to the total weight of your vegetables).

5.When you notice that the water in the food has evaporated, turn off the heat and pour all your ingredients into a blender.

6.Mix everything together until you get a homogeneous mixture. The latter should be smooth and thick in consistency.

7.Place the mixture again in a frying pan and fry over low heat for about 5 minutes. The goal is to dry out the mixture, but be careful not to burn it.

8.Once you have removed it from the heat, place your mixture on a board or other flat surface that you have previously covered with parchment paper.
