Remove the pan from the heat and let it cool slightly.

Stir in the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, until the batter is smooth and homogeneous.

Transfer the dough to a piping bag fitted with a star tip.

Preheat the oil in a frying pan over medium heat.

Press small rolls of dough into the hot oil, cutting with scissors.

Fry the mini churros until golden brown and crispy, then remove from the oil using a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.

Sprinkle the mini churros with granulated sugar while they're still hot.

Serve the bottled mini churros warm with melted chocolate, caramel or a sauce of your choice for dipping.
