Rice with vegetables – Very easy and quick to make

1. Cut all the vegetables into small cubes. Chop the garlic very, very small.
2. Heat a frying pan or paella pan and fry the vegetables in this order: garlic, onion, carrot, paprika. Add a teaspoon of salt and a pinch of pepper.
3. Let it fry for a few minutes and release some of the juices.
4. Add the cup and a half of rice, mix well and add the peas and 3 cups of water.
5. Stir a little and let it boil.
6. When the water starts to dry and only bubbles remain on the rice grains, turn the heat down to low and cover your pot.
7. Cook for about 10 to 15 minutes.
8. Check that the grain is ready, and if it is, remove from the heat, let it sit for a few minutes, and serve your delicious rice with vegetables.

The pea rice recipe is a perfect dish for all seasons because it's an easy meal to prepare and doesn't take much time.
