French Onion Soup Burgers:

Season the patties with salt and pepper on both sides.
Place the patties on the preheated grill and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.
During the last minute of cooking, place a slice of Swiss cheese on top of each burger and let it melt.
While the burgers are cooking, spread butter or oil on the inside of the hamburger buns and toast them on the grill until lightly golden.
In a small saucepan, heat the caramelized onions and beef broth over medium heat until warmed through.
To assemble the burgers, place a burger patty on the bottom half of each toasted bun.
Spoon some of the caramelized onion mixture over the top of each patty.
Place the top half of the bun on top of the onions.
Serve the burgers immediately and enjoy!
