How to Make Vegetable Pancakes A tasty, healthier and different recipe!
Preparation
1- To start, in a bowl mix the eggs, sugar, salt and yeast.
2- While mixing, gradually pour in the milk and then the water.
3- Then add the flour, also little by little and without stopping mixing. The texture should be both semi-liquid and creamy.
4- Finally, cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let it rest for about 40 minutes.
5- In the meantime, you can chop the vegetables that will be part of the pancake.
6- Wash all the vegetables, cut the peppers in half and remove both the seed and the white part. Then we simply chop the peppers, parsley, green onion, potato, and onion.
