Get a rather large glass jar into which you will pour two tablespoons of these legumes which you will cover with 500 ml of boiling water . Leave the lentils to soak for at least 6 hours so that all its properties are released into the water.
We will also need the remaining lentils. Place two teaspoons in a pan that you will place on a low heat . Let them toast for 5 minutes, then pass them in a blender to grind them.
