Crab Stuffed Mushrooms
Ingredients:
- 12 large button or cremini mushrooms
- 8 ounces of crabmeat, fresh or canned
- 4 ounces of cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons of green onions, finely chopped
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
