Air Fryer Garlic Butter Brussels Sprouts

Instructions

  • Trim and halve the Brussels sprouts and transfer them to a large mixing bowl.
  • Drizzle the melted butter and olive oil over the sprouts and add the minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Toss to combine.
  • Spread the Brussels sprouts out in a single layer on the air fryer rack or basket, cooking in batches if necessary.
  • Roast in the air fryer at 400 degrees Fahrenheit until the sprouts are tender, about 9-11 minutes. Toss them halfway through roasting.
  • During the last 5 minutes of roasting, sprinkle the Parmesan cheese on top.
  • Serve hot.
