Hot Fudge Sundae Brownie Cheesecake 🍫🍨

Whipped Cream Topping:
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 cup chopped peanuts
Piping bag with star tip

Directions:

1️⃣ Brownie Layer:

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Spray a springform pan with non-stick spray and set aside.
Prepare Brownies: Follow the instructions on the brownie mix box to prepare the batter. Pour the batter into the springform pan and bake for 30-40 minutes. Allow the brownie layer to cool completely.

2️⃣ Cheesecake Layer:

Prepare Cheesecake: In a standing mixer, combine the softened cream cheese and sugar until light and fluffy.
Add Eggs: Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Mix in the vanilla extract.
Bake Cheesecake: Pour the cheesecake mixture over the cooled brownie layer. Bake in the oven for 1 hour or until the cheesecake is almost set in the middle.
Cool: Allow the cheesecake to cool to room temperature on a wire rack. Once cooled, refrigerate overnight.

3️⃣ Chocolate Ganache:

Prepare Ganache: Combine the chocolate chips and heavy whipping cream in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave for 45 seconds and whisk until smooth.
Add Ganache: Pour the ganache over the cooled cheesecake and refrigerate for another hour.
