Ingredients
16 oz elbow macaroni, cooked
1 medium carrot, shredded
1 large green pepper, chopped
1 medium red onion, chopped
2 cups mayonnaise
14 oz sweetened condensed milk
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper

Directions
1️⃣ Combine Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine cooked macaroni, shredded carrots, chopped green pepper, and chopped red onion.
2️⃣ Make the Dressing: In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweetened condensed milk, granulated sugar, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper until smooth.
3️⃣ Mix Together: Pour the dressing over the macaroni mixture. Toss to coat everything evenly.
4️⃣ Chill: Cover the bowl and refrigerate overnight to allow the flavors to meld together.
