- 1 tablespoon parsley chopped (optional for garnish)
For the Sauce:
- 1/4 cup butter salted
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 1/2 cups half-and-half
- 1/2 teaspoon salt adjust to taste
- 1 teaspoon garlic granulated
- 2 cups parmesan cheese grated
- Chicken broth optional for thinning sauce
