In France, the show Married at First Sight is a real hit. The concept exists in several countries and it is on M6 that viewers in France can follow this program. Unfortunately, a former candidate of the New Zealand version died, when he was only 33 years old. It was the broadcaster TMZ who announced it this Monday, July 1, 2024.

On M6, Married at First Sight is a ratings success. And in many countries around the world, it is also the case, especially in New Zealand. In this land of rugby, the first edition took place on October 1, 2017 with the same concept: marrying couples who agree to unite when they meet for the first time.
If the show works, it is thanks in particular to candidates who have an atypical personality and that the places proposed by the different channels are often heavenly. After the wedding night and the honeymoon, a choice must be made: continue as husband and wife, or divorce, which gives rise to some rather comical scenes.
