Gilles Bouleau attacks Jordan Bardella
For the leader of the National Rally, these candidates “gave a bad image, an image which did not correspond to [s]his values, [his] convictions, [his] political line”. A statement which then surprised the TF1 presenter... "But it is you yourself who have sabotaged the image of a party of responsible government, estimated Gilles Bouleau. "It is you yourself who named these people... A conspiracy theorist, an anti-vaxxer, a woman with a Nazi cap..."
If he "condemns" the excesses of these candidates, Jordan Bardella once again explained that his party had had "48 hours" to invest them. “We are paying very dearly for these few casting errors,” he added. Without giving a name, Jordan Bardella revealed that a candidate elected under the National Rally banner will not sit in the political group in the National Assembly. “He made comments that I do not share. Which do not reflect my political line,” he announced on the set of TF1.
