Since then, he has held on to it and intends to keep it until the finish, which will take place in Nice this year, due to the Paris Olympic Games. But if everything is going well on a sporting level for the Slovenian, this is not at all the case for his fiancée, Urška Žigart. The 27-year-old is also a very high-level cyclist, but despite her talent, she was not selected by her country to participate in the Paris Olympics in a few days.

News which greatly frustrated the rider, who had already worried about his partner during the Tour de France last year. "I'm really disgusted. Urška is a double national champion and the best Slovenian rider in the WorldTour, but was not selected for the Games. A big disappointment for the couple, but the Slovenian can still have a smile since he was selected for the Paris Olympics on his side.
