Les 12 coups de midi celebrates its 5000th episode
Last Saturday July 13, Jean-Luc Reichmann invited the 100 greatest midday masters for a very special occasion. His show has just celebrated its 5000th episode. All the former champions then compete to try to beat Émilien. Celebrities also participate in this event. Last week, there were Chantal Ladesou, Nico Capone and his wife, as well as Booder. Next Saturday, new stars and all the masters of midday will once again be back on TF1 to compete in the final of this very special event.

Xavier confides about Émilien
For this 5000th episode of 12 coups de midi, Xavier, the 13th champion of the show, was there. It was the first time he met Émilien. For Télé-Loisirs, he returned to this shoot and said what he thought of the greatest master of midday. He thus confided about Émilien: "Émilien has an extraordinary career. It's talent, and talent does not reach the number of years. He really deserves what is happening to him. He managed to beat the Bruno's record, and to do it, it is not enough just to have knowledge." Then, he added: “To reach his number of participations, you also have to have endurance to be able to string together the shows and the days of filming. And he managed to last this whole long marathon.”

How did Émilien feel during this shoot?
Xavier was asked about Émilien's feelings during this special filming of 12 coups de midi. The 21-year-old young man indeed had all eyes on him. The champion responded: “He was happy to be there. Plus, it’s a field that he knows well! (laughs) It was a bit like home. I think that for Émilien, it was the "opportunity to meet a lot of people for the first time. He must have been a bit solicited." Then, he explained: "But I think it was also a little complicated for him to see people who knew him, but whom he doesn't necessarily know." Xavier admitted that he dreaded facing Émilien. It must be said that the student impresses with his journey on the show. Will the ultimate champion be beaten by another master of noon? The answer next Saturday.
