Ingredients
For the Cheeseburger Filling:

1 lb (450g) ground beef
1 small onion, finely diced
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
For the Bombs:

1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
1/4 cup melted butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)
Directions
Prepare the Filling

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
Add the diced onion, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook until the onion softens, about 3–4 minutes.
Remove from heat and stir in the shredded cheddar cheese. Set aside to cool slightly.
Assemble the Bombs

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Flatten each biscuit dough round slightly. Place a spoonful of the cheeseburger mixture in the center.
Fold the edges of the dough over the filling, pinching to seal and form a ball. Place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
Add the Garlic Parmesan Coating
