Whether you're cooking for yourself or a crowd, this recipe promises to deliver a meal so good you’ll find yourself returning to it multiple times a week.

Ingredients
Here’s everything you’ll need to create this irresistible dish:

Protein of choice (chicken breast, tofu, or shrimp): 2 cups, diced
Vegetables (bell peppers, zucchini, broccoli, or carrots): 2 cups, chopped
Olive oil: 2 tablespoons
Garlic cloves: 3, minced
Onion: 1, finely chopped
Soy sauce (or tamari for gluten-free): 3 tablespoons
Honey or maple syrup: 2 tablespoons
Chili flakes (optional): 1/2 teaspoon
Salt and pepper: To taste
Rice or noodles: Cooked, to serve
Directions
Prep Ingredients: Wash and chop the vegetables, and dice the protein. If using rice or noodles, cook them according to package instructions.
Cook the Protein: Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the protein and cook until golden brown and fully cooked (about 5-7 minutes). Remove and set aside.
Sauté Vegetables: In the same skillet, heat the remaining olive oil. Add the onions and garlic, and sauté until fragrant. Toss in the vegetables and stir-fry until tender-crisp, about 5 minutes.
Combine and Season: Return the protein to the skillet. Add soy sauce, honey (or maple syrup), and chili flakes if desired. Mix everything well, letting the sauce coat the ingredients evenly.
Serve: Plate the stir-fry over rice or noodles and garnish with fresh herbs or sesame seeds if you’d like. Enjoy!
Serving and Storage Tips
Serving: This recipe is best enjoyed hot, straight from the pan. Pair it with a fresh salad or a light soup for a complete meal.
Storage: Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in a skillet over low heat for the best texture.
