1 lb white American cheese, shredded or cubed ๐ง
1/2 cup whole milk ๐ฅ
1/4 cup heavy cream ๐ฅ
1/4 cup diced green chilies (canned or fresh) ๐ถ๏ธ
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder ๐ฟ
1/2 teaspoon onion powder ๐ฟ
1/4 teaspoon cumin ๐ฟ
