Instructions:
Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a loaf pan.
Combine wet and dry ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt. In a separate bowl, whisk together buttermilk, oil, eggs, and vanilla extract.
