Preheat Oven and Grease Dish:

Add the condensed cream of mushroom soup and condensed cream of cheddar cheese soup to the bowl with the ground beef.
Mix well to ensure the soups are evenly combined with the beef.
Add Frozen Potato Cubes and Cheese:
Incorporate the frozen potato cubes into the beef and soup mixture.
Add 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Combine the ingredients thoroughly.
Transfer to Casserole Dish:
Transfer the mixture to the greased 9×13 casserole dish, spreading it evenly.
Top with Remaining Cheese and Bake:
Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese over the casserole.
Cover the dish with foil.
Bake and Enjoy:
Bake the casserole in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
Remove the foil and bake for an additional 30 minutes or until the top is golden and bubbly.
Once done, remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.
