🛒 Ingredients:
🌾 500 g wheat flour (type 450 or 550)
🥛 250 ml warm milk
🍯 2 tablespoons sugar
🍞 7 g dry yeast (or 25 g fresh)
🧈 50 g butter (melted and cooled)
🥚 1 egg (for the dough)
🧂 1/2 teaspoon salt
🥚 1 egg for brushing (optional)
🔪 Preparation steps:
1️⃣ Yeast activation:
In a bowl, mix the warm milk 🥛, sugar 🍯 and yeast 🍞. Let it sit for 10 minutes, until the yeast starts to work (it should foam).
