Ingredients:
- 400 g chicken breast fillet
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 head of lettuce, washed and torn
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 1 red onion, thinly sliced
- 100 g feta cheese, crumbled
- black olives to taste
- 200 g Greek yogurt
- 1 small cucumber, grated and well drained
- 1-2 garlic cloves, pressed
- 1 tablespoon olive oil (for tzatziki)
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
- salt to taste (for tzatziki)

In a bowl, mix the chicken breast fillet with olive oil, oregano, salt and pepper. Leave to marinate for at least 30 minutes. Heat a pan and cook the marinated chicken over medium heat for 6-7 minutes per side, until cooked through and golden brown. Then remove from heat and cut into strips. In a large bowl, combine the shredded lettuce, diced cucumber, diced tomatoes, sliced red onion and black olives. Sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese over the salad. In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, crushed garlic, olive oil, fresh dill and salt together well. Arrange the chicken strips on the salad and serve with the tzatziki.
