Ingredients:
- 300 g rice
- 400 g ground meat (beef or poultry)
- 1 large onion, diced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 red pepper, diced
- 1 green pepper, diced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 500 ml vegetable stock
- Fresh parsley to garnish

Prepare the rice: Rinse the rice in a sieve until the water runs clear. Bring to a boil in a saucepan with 500 ml water. Add the rice, bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for 15-20 minutes until the rice is cooked. Remove from the heat and set aside.
Fry the ground meat: In a large pan, heat the olive oil. Add the diced onion and minced garlic and sauté for 2-3 minutes until soft. Add the ground beef and sauté until cooked through and browned. Season with paprika, cumin, salt and pepper.
Add bell pepper: Add the diced red and green bell peppers to the pan and sauté for 5-7 minutes until soft.
Add rice: Add the cooked rice to the pan and mix well with the ground beef and vegetables. Season with salt and pepper as needed.
To serve: Arrange the rice and ground beef pan on plates and garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
