Ingredients:
- 250 g flour
- 2 eggs
- 500 ml milk
- 1 pinch of salt
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- Oil or butter for frying

Step 1: Prepare the batter
In a large bowl, mix the flour, eggs, milk, salt and sugar together. Stir well with a whisk until the batter is smooth and lump-free. Add the melted butter and mix well again. Let the batter rest for about 15-30 minutes.
Step 2: Fry the pancake
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and add a little oil or butter. Pour a ladle of batter into the pan and spread it evenly. Fry the pancake for about 2-3 minutes until the bottom is golden brown. Carefully flip with a spatula and cook the other side for 1-2 minutes until golden brown.
Step 3: Serve
Stack the finished pancakes on a plate and serve with maple syrup, fresh fruit or powdered sugar as desired.
