15 ml olive oil
1 medium onion, finely chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
Zest of 1 lemon
Juice of 1 lemon (about 30 ml)
1 tsp dried oregano
Salt and black pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish, optional)
