Protein Pizza with Skyr – Healthy & Delicious

1️⃣ Preheat the oven to 220 °C fan. This ensures that the pizza is baked evenly.
2️⃣ Mix the spelt flour, baking powder and salt in a bowl. Mix the dry ingredients well. Add skyr and knead everything with your hands to form a smooth dough. The dough should hold together well and be elastic.
3️⃣ Sprinkle the work surface with a little flour to prevent the dough from sticking. Roll out the dough thinly with a rolling pin. Make sure that the dough is evenly thick.
4️⃣ Lightly grease the baking tray and dust with flour to prevent the pizza from sticking. Carefully place the dough on the baking tray.
5️⃣ Mix the strained tomatoes with thyme, oregano and 1/2 teaspoon of salt. Spread this sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small edge so that the pizza does not overflow.
6️⃣ Sprinkle the grated cheese over the tomato sauce. Peel the onion, halve it and cut it into thin strips. Drain the tuna and spread it evenly over the pizza with the onion.
7️⃣ Bake the pizza in the hot oven for about 15 minutes until the edge is crispy and the cheese is slightly golden brown. Make sure that it does not burn.
8️⃣ Take the pizza out of the oven, let it cool briefly and cut into pieces. Enjoy!
