Directions:
1. Cook the Beef and Bacon:
In a skillet, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain the fat, then stir in the chopped bacon. Season with onion powder, salt, and pepper.
2. Preheat & Prepare Dough:
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Unroll the crescent dough and separate it into triangles on a baking sheet.
3. Fill & Roll:
Spoon a portion of the beef and bacon mixture onto each dough triangle, then add some shredded cheddar. Roll them up into tight little bundles.
4. Brush with Garlic Butter:
Brush each rollup with the garlic butter to ensure they bake with a golden, buttery finish.
5. Bake & Garnish:
Bake in the oven for about 12-15 minutes, or until golden and bubbly. Top with fresh parsley if desired.
