Sauce Bolognese

Ingredients:
- 500 g ground beef
- 2 onions, diced
- 2 medium-sized carrots, diced
- 3 cloves of garlic, diced
- 1 can of peeled tomatoes (approx. 400 g)
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 250 ml red wine
- 750 ml beef stock
- 3 bay leaves
- salt and pepper
- nutmeg
- oregano
- 1 tsp sugar
- dark balsamic vinegar
- olive oil
