Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
In a shallow bowl, mix the flour, salt, pepper, and paprika.
In another shallow bowl, beat the eggs.
In a third shallow bowl, combine the panko bread crumbs and grated Parmesan cheese.
Dredge each chicken tender in the flour mixture, then dip in the beaten eggs, and finally coat with the panko mixture, pressing lightly to adhere.
Place the coated chicken tenders in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Lightly spray with cooking spray.
Air fry for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chicken tenders are golden brown and cooked through.
While the chicken tenders are cooking, mix the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, honey, and lemon juice in a small bowl to make the honey mustard sauce.
Serve the crispy chicken tenders with the honey mustard sauce.
