Honey-Glazed Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Bacon

Instructions:
Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Prepare Brussels Sprouts: Toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread on a baking sheet.
Roast Brussels Sprouts: Roast for 20-25 minutes, or until tender and slightly browned.
Make the Glaze: In a small bowl, whisk together honey and balsamic vinegar.
Glaze Brussels Sprouts: Drizzle glaze over roasted Brussels sprouts and toss to coat.
Add Bacon: Top with crumbled bacon.
