How to prepare black cumin with honey
A mixture of black cumin and honey is an excellent remedy for combating various diseases of the gastrointestinal tract, for increasing immunity, memory and concentration, and also for regulating metabolic processes and those listed above in the article.
Each of the components brings its share of benefits, which is why the medicine is very effective.
To prepare cumin with honey, take equal proportions of the ingredients – for example, 100 g of each. Please note that honey should be liquid, and cumin is best ground into powder with a blender – this makes it easier to knead.
Candied honey can be slightly heated in a water bath, but in no case bring it to a boil, because everything useful in it is lost.
Put the finished mixture in a glass jar and store in a dark, cool place.
As a preventive measure, take cumin with honey 1 teaspoon one hour before each meal for no more than 2 weeks.
Contraindications for use
Of course, if you have an intolerance to at least one of the components, then you should immediately refuse cumin with honey so as not to cause irreparable harm to the body.
Also, limit or even eliminate the intake of this medication if you are pregnant and breastfeeding mothers.
Despite all the benefits described above, remember that before using traditional medicine, you should always consult your doctor and rule out any possible side effects.
