1️⃣ Prepare the Dough:
In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, salt, and cinnamon.
Cut in cold butter until crumbly.
Stir in Marsala wine & egg yolk until dough forms.
Wrap in plastic & refrigerate 1 hour.
2️⃣ Make the Shells:
Roll dough thin & cut into large circles.
Wrap around cannoli tubes & seal edges with egg wash.
Fry in hot oil (375°F/190°C) until golden brown.
Drain & cool completely before filling.
3️⃣ Make the Filling:
Mix ricotta, powdered sugar, vanilla, & orange zest.
Fold in mini chocolate chips.
Chill for 30 minutes before piping into cannoli shells.
4️⃣ Decorate & Enjoy:
Garnish with extra chocolate chips 🍫 & powdered sugar.
Serve fresh & crispy!
