Ingredients:
400g spaghetti
300g beef cubes (tender cuts like chuck or brisket)
2 cups tomato sauce
1 medium onion, finely chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 red chili, sliced (optional for heat)
2 tbsp olive oil 🫒
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Fresh parsley, chopped
Salt and black pepper to taste
1/2 cup beef stock or water
