These pancakes are indeed a very good and healthy breakfast for all those who meet at the table at home in the morning. Try to cook them too.
List of groceries:
(Glass contains 250 ml)
Take 1.5 cups of flour;
Semolina – half a glass is sufficient;
It takes 1 teaspoon of chemical yeast;
Yeast – 1 c. without toboss;
One teaspoon. – salts;
Sugar – a table. spoon (if you want it sweeter, you can take more);
Warm water – 500 or 550 ml;
1 teaspoon of vaniled sugar is sufficient.
How to cook:
Place all the products on the list in a large container. Mix them with a mixer for 5 minutes so that the ingredients mix better.
Many people can be disconcerted by the simultaneous use of yeast and chemical yeast, but professional chefs often use this technique. Yeast will make your bakery products soft, but by adding chemical yeast, you will get a soft double, because the chemical yeast “raises” the products under the influence of high temperatures, i.e. during cooking.
