Cover with a food film and then another cloth on top. Allow to stand for one hour so that the dough begins to ferment and the semolina begins to swell.
The dough should “grow” a lot – become several times larger.
Now, after greasing the frying pan with oil, place the dough in portions, as you always do when frying pancakes.

It is preferable to fry on a low heat until golden crusts form on the pancakes.
Serve with honey. These soft pancakes are no less good with sweet jam or fresh sour cream. Good breakfast for everyone.
