Meat triangles: a recipe for a tasty meal to try

Heat a little oil in a large skillet and sauté the chopped onion.
Add the meat and season with all the spices.
Cover and cook for 10 minutes.
Soak the noodles in hot water for 3 to 4 minutes.
Then shred them with scissors and mix them with the meat in the skillet.
Brush the phyllo dough with melted butter, fill with the meat and noodle mixture, and add the cheese.
Now close to form triangles and seal with a little egg white.
Brush again with melted butter.
Bake at 180°C for 20 minutes.
