Instructions:
Heat a large frying pan or frying pan over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook by breaking it with a spatula until it is golden and well cooked. Remove the meat from the frying pan and make a reservation.
In the same frying pan, add the sliced onion, the green pepper and the mushrooms. Cook over medium heat until softened and carmelised for about 5 to 7 minutes.
Add the sliced garlic and cook for a further minute until it is perfumed. Put the cooked minced beef back in the frying pan with the vegetables and mix.
