7g dry brewer's syrup
10g sugar
150ml warm milk
150ml water + ½ teaspoon for seasoning
100ml sunflower oil
5g fine olive oil + ½ teaspoon for seasoning
Coarse salt + ½ teaspoon for seasoning
Rosemary + ½ teaspoon for seasoning
