Ingredients:
For the dough:
1 egg
200 g flour
1/2 packet baking powder
100 g butter
80 g sugar
For the filling:
250 g sour cream
100 g sugar
3 egg yolks
1 packet vanilla sugar
200 ml milk (whole milk)
450 g low-fat quark
1 packet vanilla pudding powder, for cooking
a little oil
Meringue topping:
3 eggs, including the egg whites
40 g sugar
