Make your own cauliflower bomb in the oven - here's how:
Pre-cook the cauliflower: Wash the cauliflower, make a cross-shaped cut on the stalk and cook in salted water for 10 minutes
Prepare the minced meat mixture: Dice the onion - knead with the minced meat, quark, egg, mustard, salt and caraway
Prepare the cauliflower bomb: Drain the cauliflower bomb, press the minced meat mixture onto the outside - cover with bacon
Bake the cauliflower bomb: Bake at 180°C top/bottom heat for 50-60 minutes
Instead of one large one, you can also make lots of small cauliflower bombs. To do this, cut the cauliflower into florets and wrap each one individually with the minced meat mixture. This way they are perfectly portioned. Children especially love this.
