π Ingredients:
π§ 300 g mozzarella (or other cheese with a fibrous character, such as gouda or cheddar)
πΆοΈ 200 g chorizo ββββββββββ(spicy sausages, available in larger supermarkets in Poland, e.g. Lidl, Biedronka)
π½ 4 corn or wheat tortillas
π§ 1 tablespoon butter
π§ 1 garlic clove (optional, for flavor)
πΏ Fresh coriander or parsley (for garnish)
πͺ Preparation steps:
1οΈβ£ Prepare the chorizo:
Remove the skin from the chorizo ββββand cut or crumble the sausage into small pieces. Heat butter π§ in a pan and fry the chorizo ββββββββββfor 5 minutes until crispy and releasing its aromas. Add chopped garlic π§ to taste and cook for another minute.
